Orders

Welcome to your Roopshree Orders page! Here you can track all your purchases, check their status, and manage your orders with ease.


1. Placing an Order

  • Browse our collection and add your favorite dupattas to the cart.

  • Proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping details.

  • Choose your payment method (Prepaid / COD).

  • Confirm your order – you’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order number.


2. Tracking Your Order

  • After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can track the live status of your delivery anytime.

  • Login to your account → Go to “My Orders” → Select the order to view details.


3. Order Status Explained

  • Processing: Your order is confirmed and being prepared.

  • Shipped: Your dupatta has been handed over to our courier partner.

  • Out for Delivery: Your order is on its way to your doorstep.

  • Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.

  • Cancelled/Returned: The order has been canceled or returned as per request/policy.


4. Modifying or Cancelling an Order

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • If you’re not satisfied with your order, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy page.

  • Refunds will be initiated as per the policy after quality check of returned items.
