1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
2. Delivery Timelines
Domestic Shipping (within India): 3–7 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping: 7–15 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays, courier partner issues, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
Within India: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available within India with an additional handling fee.
International Shipping: Charges vary based on destination, weight, and courier service. The final amount will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking link shared via email/SMS.

5. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, customs checks (for international orders), or courier delays.
We will keep you informed of any unexpected delays affecting your order.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in their country.
Roopshree is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
Please ensure your shipping details (name, address, contact number) are correct at the time of placing the order.
Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may incur additional reshipping charges.
