Refund & Return Policy

At Roopshree, we take pride in offering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, innerwear, customized items, or clearance sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@roopshree.com or call us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX within the return period.

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner (where available).

  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • Products can be exchanged for a different size, color, or item of equal value, subject to availability.

  • If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs) for such cases.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and personal care products.

  • Customized, altered, or personalized items.

  • Items purchased under final sale, clearance, or promotional discounts (unless defective).


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may return the product after delivery as per this policy.
